I had my condo for sale by owner for about 5 months, by chance I came across David and I can't say how grateful I am that I did! He had my place sold within 10 days at a price that I never thought I would get! He was thorough, kind, compassionate, was always available with the million questions that I had! David epitome EXCEPTIONAL CUSTOMER SERVICE!! As a Realtor myself, I know the hard work it takes to get a deal closed (especially with sellers that are investors!). Being a new transplant to Florida, we quickly learned that there are SO many things that are Florida specific about which he had NO CLUE...Impact windows and wind mitigation, are a few big ones!! When we found a particular house, we really loved, David was VERY honest with us in saying that the quality of the renovations were pretty poor...and it was overpriced. David saved us from making a HUGE mistake!! David is a hard charger! He never dropped the ball once and I felt safe and protected from start to finish! David's construction knowledge, negotiating skills, depth of his understanding of the Florida real estate market and attention to detail make him one of the best, if not THE BEST Realtor I have worked with (and as a Realtor, I have worked with many)! If you want an agent who TRULY will be your advocate, David is your guy!!!

Starting as an agent, then broker, then builder, developer and investor, I am NOT easily impressed by agents. My experiences in dealing with many Florida agents have been less than impressive. Many don't respond to calls/inquiries, don't do market research and some that I've encountered are an outright discredit to the industry. David was a breathe of fresh air. He, along with a dozen others, contacted me about my FSBO condo. David did the market research a seller should get prior to listing, he answered important questions about marketing, negotiating and contract strategies that got me to the point where I was comfortable doing business, so I listed with him. Having bought, sold, developed and managed thousands of properties, I put this guy to the test and he delivered! I wouldn't hesitate to recommend David, and he's aligned himself with a company that invests in the marketing necessary to get the action you need to get your property sold fast, with the least amount of issues and at the best market price. I will definitely be working with David on the next property I sell! Don't sell yourself short when shopping for an agent to represent you. David is super responsive, knowledgeable and he tells it like it is to the point where he gave me a punch list of stuff to do before he would start showing the property! David's the man. You will NOT be disappointed!
