Meet David De Simone
FOUNDER
Born and raised on Long Island, NY, David built a strong foundation in construction, plumbing, electrical work, and property development under his family's guidance—skills he has honed for over 40 years. Before transitioning into real estate, he gained extensive experience in the intelligent structure industry, specializing in luxury residential, commercial, and educational projects across NY, NJ, and CT. Working alongside top architects, designers, and the property owners for over three decades refined his expertise in property design, while serving a high-end clientele instilled a commitment to exceptional service.
In 2004, David relocated to Florida and launched his own company, completing over 1,500 luxury properties—on both land and sea—for a global clientele before selling the business. This success further deepened his expertise and ultimately led him to real estate. In 2024, he founded Be Better Realty to bring the same level of knowledge, precision, and customer service to buyers and sellers seeking a superior real estate experience.
